
Nothling Fitness provides specific, individually designed exercise programs to help you achieve your fitness goals.
My mission is to use sport-specific training methods to help you improve your fitness and the way you play your sport. I specialise in motorsport and football fitness training, however programs and sessions can be tailored to suit your individual fitness needs, whether they be weight loss, muscle gain or general toning and fitness.
Nothling Fitness can provide specialist training in speed and agility, reflex and coordination, flexibility and range of motion, field recovery sessions, gym programs and injury prevention programs. Nothling Fitness also provides general fitness training in the form of circuit training, weight training, boxing or boot camp style training.

Graduated
from QUT in Brisbane with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement
Studies) in 2010 and completed a Master of Sports Coaching from
Griffith University in 2014. Ben has worked as a conditioning coach and
sport scientist at Brisbane Roar FC from 2010-2012 and as a sport
scientist and athlete welfare manager in motorsport since 2012. |
